With over 10 years and 1000's of hours coaching experience, I have worked with women across all areas of the hormone spectrum from irregular periods to PCOS, PMDD, perimenopause and menopause.
No woman is the same, especially when it comes to her hormones and I find this stuff fascinating, so I am all in when it comes to helping women figure out how to work with their hormones to get great results.
