I can't promise you'll get the energy of a 20 year old with maximal hormones, but give me 12 weeks and you will feel like a new woman.

  • The Empowered Female Programme IS NOT a strict cyclical training plan that you must align with your menstrual cycle or changing hormones to make it work. It teaches you the science so you can learn and understand your body and work with it on your own terms.
  • The programme IS NOT a series of delicate workouts with a set of pink dumbbells and kegels galore. You will train with weight to build muscle to combat muscle atrophy and osteoporosis as we age, with progressive workouts that build body confidence, improve mobility and grow strength.

Hello, I'm Hannah Walker, a female fitness coach, single mumming the hell out of life and on a mission to educate fellow women on their hormones.



If like me, you left school not knowing you have 3 main sex hormones, estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, let alone the roles they play in our bodies and how they impact our energy, strength and mood, then I am here to make sense of all of this so you can use this knowledge to your advantage in your physical training and with any changes you make to your nutrition.

The Empowered Female Programme is focused around my passion to educate and empower women with knowledge and physical strength.

With over 10 years and 1000's of hours coaching experience, I have worked with women across all areas of the hormone spectrum from irregular periods to PCOS, PMDD, perimenopause and menopause. 

No woman is the same, especially when it comes to her hormones and I find this stuff fascinating, so I am all in when it comes to helping women figure out how to work with their hormones to get great results.

What if my hormones are all over the show?
I work with women across a whole hormonal spectrum from women who have irregular cycles and never quite know which phase of their cycle they are in, to women who have added complications of PCOS and PMDD and women who are perimenopausal and navigating menopause.
Am I guaranteed results?
I can't physically be with you 24 hours a day to make you do your workouts, track your cycles and monitor what you eat, but if you follow the training programmes, nutrition guidance and you track all the elements of your hormones I recommend, you will make great progress and you will know your body better than ever before.
Can I train from home?
Yes. The workouts on The Empowered Female Programme are bespoke to you, your training set up and the equipment you have available to you. They are also written for your current fitness level, experience, schedule and injury history.
Who is my coach?
Hannah Walker is your coach on The Empowered Female Programme. You will have direct contact with her for support and guidance throughout your coaching.
I'll need a lot of hand holding at the beginning, is this right for me?
As a coach my goal is to get you to your goal, I want you to succeed, so if in the first few weeks you need a lot of support, guidance and accountability I am more than happy to make sure you have it so you can push forwards on your journey with confidence. Because feeling energised, strong and empowered can change your life.
