What if my hormones are all over the show?
I work with women across a whole hormonal spectrum from women who have irregular cycles and never quite know which phase of their cycles they are in, to women how have added complications of PCOS, PMDD and women who are navigating perimenopause with and without HRT.
Am I guaranteed results?
I can't physically be with you 24 hours a day to make you do the workouts and adhere to the changes with your nutrition, but if you follow the training programmes, track your hormone fluctuations and remain disciplined with your nutrition changes you will get results and know your body like never before.
Can I train from home?
There are home and gym workouts on the challenge so you absolutely can. I would recommend having a weight at home you can perform lower body exercises with and a weight you are able to push overhead for at least 10 reps. A set of dumbbells will be necessary for the real time workouts.
Who is my coach?
Hannah Walker is your coach throughout the 6 weeks and will be accessible via the community group to keep you accountable, give you help and support, and to answer any questions you have along the way.
