Why Work With Me?

I’ve been coaching women for over 11 years, specialising in fat loss and strength training for those navigating perimenopause and post menopause.

I don’t follow trends, quick fixes or extreme dieting approaches. My work is grounded in physiology, long-term health and personalised application.

I’m also in my 40's with two teenage kids and navigating this phase myself, so I understand both the science, the lived experience and the very real juggle of everyday life.

My role is to bring clarity, structure and calm to a phase that often feels confusing, overwhelming and very stressful.

Is this suitable if I’m in perimenopause or post menopause?
Yes. This programme is specifically designed for women in perimenopause and post menopause. Your plan is adapted to your symptoms, energy levels, training history and recovery capacity.
What if I’ve tried before and nothing worked?
That’s common. Perimenopause changes how the body responds to stress, nutrition and training. Most women haven’t been shown how to adjust properly for this phase. That’s where personalised coaching makes the difference.
Do I need to be fit or experienced with strength training?
No. Your programme is built around your current level. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to exercise or already training consistently, everything is tailored to you.
How much time do I need each week?
Most clients train 3–4 times per week. Sessions are structured to fit around busy lives, and we adjust based on your schedule and recovery capacity.
What kind of support do I receive?
You receive weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments to your programme, and unlimited contact for questions or support throughout the week. You are not left guessing.
Is this a diet?
No. This is not a restrictive diet plan. Your nutrition strategy is personalised, sustainable and designed to support metabolic health, strength and long-term progress.
What happens after I sign up?
I, Hannah Walker, will be in touch with you via email to schedule your discovery call, and we’ll agree your start date. Your personalised programme and portal access will then be delivered. Your initial 12 weeks start when your programme is delivered and you have full access to all resources.
